Unimaginable Sacrifice and Undeniable Love
April 5, 2026

Easter Sunday is a tangible reminder of his unimaginable sacrifice. Who among us would die for people we do not know? Who among us would die for people who we know will disappoint us with their actions? Just think of the trepidation. Think of the suffering. Worst of all think of what Jesus did in the midst of unfairness and unbelief exhibited by those around him. He did all of this for you, for me and so many others.
Even as believers we sometimes have difficulty with the simple things. We miss church because we are sleepy. We, because of petty disagreements, will refuse to help or forgive others. We often hold grudges as if they are badges of honor.
So, during this season once again focus on his undeniable love. Let’s honor the one who died on a cross because he understood that this had to be done. He accepted that -It had to be done this way. He suffered. He died. He sought forgiveness for our sins BEFORE they were committed. Most of all he loved us. His love for us was undeniable then and it’s undeniable now.
Thank You Jesus!
“He himself bore our sins in his body on the cross, so that we might die to sins and live for righteousness; by his wounds you have been healed.” 1 Peter 2:24
“But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.” Romans 5:8
