Her professional background reflects a deep commitment to mission-driven leadership, strategic growth, operational excellence, and servant leadership.

As Executive Director, Ingrid will provide strategic oversight, strengthen organizational infrastructure, and advance the ministry’s mission through thoughtful stewardship, partnership development, and programmatic impact. Her appointment marks an exciting new chapter as Sheila B. Ministries, Inc. continues to expand its reach and deepen its service to individuals and communities.

I am deeply honored to serve as Executive Director of Sheila B. Ministries, Inc. This ministry’s commitment to faith, service, and transformational impact resonates profoundly with both my personal values and my professional calling.
 
I look forward to working alongside the board leadership, board members, volunteers, and community partners to strengthen the foundation of the ministry while stewarding its mission with excellence, compassion, and accountability. My goal is to ensure that our work continues to uplift lives, honor faith, and create sustainable impact for those we are called to serve.
