Grammies Ministry Celebrates Grandmothers on National Grandparents Day

"I am reminded of your sincere faith, which first lived in your grandmother Lois and in your mother Eunice and, I am persuaded, now lives in you also." 2 Timothy 1:5 (NIV)

As we approach National Grandparents Day on September 8th, Sheila Bailey Ministries would like to shine a special light on the remarkable grandmothers who are raising their grandchildren. These incredible women embody strength, resilience, and boundless love as they impart their faith traditions and navigate the challenges of parenting once again.

Our Grammies ministry is dedicated to supporting these amazing grandmothers who are providing a nurturing and stable environment for their grandchildren. Whether it’s through mentoring, tutoring, or offering a listening ear, our volunteers play a crucial role in this journey. Their unwavering commitment helps ensure that both grandmothers and grandchildren thrive together.

Thank you to all our Grammies volunteers and supporters for your continued dedication. Let’s come together to show our appreciation for these extraordinary grandmothers and help them continue their vital work. Learn more about becoming a Grammies volunteer by visiting Grammies.

And to all grandmothers and grandfathers,

“Happy National Grandparents Day!”
